Kavalkades’s fabulous bridle Ivy with lambskin – a simply stunning bridle featuring all the fantastic benefits of the original Ivy bridle with the added comfort of genuine medical lambskin making it a fantastic option for sensitive skinned horses.
Main features:
Thick, soft, wonderfully fluffy, removable and washable lambskin lines the headpiece, the rear of the noseband, the front of the noseband and extends about 3″ up the noseband cheeks.
This innovative new bridle from Kavalkade of Germany is beautifully engineered. The gel-lined, soft padded headpiece is cutback around the base of the ears and broader over the poll for maximum comfort and pressure distribution. The headpiece is constructed from a single piece of leather, so does not have a separate noseband strap going over the poll at all, which gives a much more comfortable fit and a neater appearance.
The noseband is anatomically designed to give more clearance in the area of the bit rings, avoiding interference or chafing and preventing the Flash strap from pulling the noseband down. With an extremely soft padded lining that extends halfway up the cheeks, this is an exceptionally pressure-free and comfortable noseband.
The noseband is also supplied with a very soft, gel-filled, independent leather cushion at the rear of the noseband which provides comfort and relief from pressure over the jaw bones.
The shaped browband is lined, raised and blocked, made to lay flat against the forehead and is also gel-padded.
The throatlash buckles on both sides for fine adjustment.
The reins are 5/8″ Super-Grip rubberized Continental style with handstops; supple, easy to hold and a popular style.
Hardware is stainless steel with buckle ends.
